Meeple Guild

Game nights, not a game database

Pick the game everyone can play.

Meeple Guild brings your group’s shelves together. Set the night, see who’s in, and get only the games this exact crowd can play — then log the play before the box is back on the shelf.

Made to sit beside BoardGameGeek — import your collection in minutes, or skip BGG entirely.

From “who’s free Friday?” to a game on the table.

No feeds, no ratings to argue about. The whole app exists to answer one question a week.

Bring in the shelf.

Import from BoardGameGeek or a CSV, scan barcodes, or add games by hand — expansions included. Your collection, your data.

Play what fits.

For the collectors

Never guess sleeves again

Meeple Guild remembers exactly which sleeves went on every game and expansion — brand, size, and count. Buy an expansion, and your cross-collection shopping list already knows what to order and how many packs. Sleeve records are free for your first 10 games — Pro lifts the ceiling.

Ticket to Ride’s sleeve record: Mayday Games Mini European, 45 × 68 mm, 240 sleeves for the train cards.
Brand, size, and count — remembered.
Meeple Guild sleeves-to-buy list: 815 sleeves across 4 games, with every unsleeved game below.
The shopping list writes itself.

The parts of the hobby nobody built an app for.

Lending that comes home.

Mark a game as lent, see everything that’s out and with whom, and keep lent games out of game-night suggestions until they’re back.

Your local scene.

Public game nights, stores, and cafés near you — and players looking for a table.

COMING SOON · STARTING IN THE DFW AREA

Made by one person, in the open.

Built by an independent developer who wanted game night to start faster — for the people at the table, not for a feed. Questions, feedback, or press: [email protected].

Questions, answered plainly.

Do I need a BoardGameGeek account?
No. Import from BGG if you have one, or bring your shelf in by CSV, barcode scan, or hand — everything works without it.
Is it free?
Yes. Every feature in the app is unlocked, and the core loop stays free. Pro, priced up front, lifts two ceilings for heavy use: sleeve records past your first 10 games, and organizing more than one game night at a time — one-off or weekly. Attending is never limited, play logging is never metered, and the rules assistant and advanced play stats join Pro later.
Where is Meeple Guild available?
Available now on iOS in the US and Canada. Android comes later — no date to promise yet.
Who can see my collection?
The people you play with — your friends and your game nights. Never public, never a feed, and you can export or delete everything whenever you like.

Get Meeple Guild before the next game night.

Free to start. The core game-night loop never costs a thing.
